Terms of service.

These terms explain how our website and bathroom design service work. By using our online designer or requesting a survey, you agree to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, if we change how the service works. The version published here applies to any new enquiry. Where you have entered into a separate written contract with us for a project, that contract takes precedence over these terms.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

The prices shown by our online designer are guide prices only. They are an early estimate based on room measurements, the chosen style, and standard project assumptions. They do not prove that a fixture layout will fit and may not reflect every fitting choice or site condition.

Guide prices:

• Are not a quotation, offer, or contract, and are not binding on either of us

• Are inclusive of VAT where stated, and are rounded estimates

• May change once your room and requirements are seen in person

A guide price helps you understand the likely scale of a project before committing any time. The actual price for your project is set out in your fixed written quote (see below).

The online designer may create an AI-generated style impression from your main bathroom photo. It is inspiration only: it is not a measured drawing, a confirmed fixture layout, a quotation, or a promise that the finished room will look exactly the same.

Your browser resizes the photo and removes embedded metadata on your device, and the server independently validates and re-encodes it. If the optional feature is enabled, the main photo is sent to the selected AI provider, OpenAI, only after explicit AI-processing consent. AI processing does not itself persist the input photo in our photo store. After an enquiry succeeds, a separate unchecked choice can store the sanitized input photo in encrypted private storage. Access ends automatically after 30 days; physical deletion is scheduled daily and retried after a temporary provider failure. An immediate delete control is provided.

When you ask us to proceed, we discuss a home survey and confirm any appointment separately. You may always submit a survey request without paying online.

If an optional online deposit is enabled, the checkout control shows the exact amount and the reviewed deposit policy before you continue to Stripe. If those terms have not been supplied and approved, the payment control stays disabled. A payment is part of a survey request and does not by itself book an appointment. Stripe processes the payment details you enter; we receive payment status and reference information, not your full card details.

After the survey we provide a fixed written quote based on your actual room, your chosen specification, and any site conditions found. This written quote — not the online guide price — is the price for the work.

A quote is valid for the period stated on it. A contract is formed only when you accept a written quote in writing and we confirm acceptance. Until then, no work is booked and you are under no obligation.

Once a written quote is accepted, we agree a schedule with you and keep you updated as the work progresses.

Unforeseen conditions — Occasionally work uncovers issues that could not reasonably be seen at survey (for example, hidden damage behind walls or floors). If this affects the price or timescale, we will discuss it with you and agree any change in writing before carrying out the additional work.

Changes you request — If you ask for changes to the agreed specification after work has started, we will confirm any effect on price and timescale before proceeding.

Timescales — Any dates we give are good-faith estimates. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, such as supplier delays or events beyond our control.

As a consumer you have statutory rights under Isle of Man consumer protection law, including that our service is carried out with reasonable care and skill and that goods supplied are as described and of satisfactory quality. These statutory rights are not affected by anything in these terms.

We carry out work to a professional standard. Where a manufacturer provides a warranty on products supplied (for example, sanitaryware or fittings), that manufacturer warranty applies in addition to your statutory rights.

We do not make any guarantee on this website beyond your statutory rights and any warranty expressly set out in your written quote or contract. If something is not right with our work, contact us and we will put it right in line with your rights.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms, and any contract for work, are governed by the law of the Isle of Man.

Any dispute relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
