When you use our bathroom designer or request a quote, we collect:

• Your name and email address (required)

• Phone number (optional)

• Isle of Man area/location for survey scheduling

• Project details: room dimensions, layout preferences, and estimated budget range

• Photos you choose to upload. These are sent to our private storage, and to the AI providers listed below, so we can produce your visualisation and estimate. They are not published anywhere, and we delete them on the timetable in "How long we keep it".

We also process limited technical data:

• IP address and basic request data, used by our hosting provider for security and to deliver the site

• Optional usage analytics (such as pages visited) — only if you accept optional cookies in our consent banner; nothing optional runs before you accept

We process your personal data under the following lawful bases:

Consent - When you submit our lead form, you give explicit consent for us to:

• Contact you about your bathroom project enquiry

• Arrange a home survey appointment

• Provide you with a written quotation

Legitimate Interest - When you ask us to email you something you have just created on this site - your layouts, your visual, or a reply to a chatbot question - we use your address to send you that and to reply about your project. We tell you so at the point you enter it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Legitimate Interest - We process technical data to:

• Improve our website performance and user experience

• Prevent fraud and maintain security

• Understand how our service is used (anonymised analytics only)

We will never share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Active enquiries - We keep your contact details and project information while we're actively working on your quotation or project (typically 30-90 days).

Completed projects - For completed bathroom installations, we retain basic contact details and project records for 7 years to support warranty claims and statutory requirements.

Withdrawn consent - If you withdraw consent or your enquiry doesn't progress, we delete your personal data within 30 days.

Technical data - Where you have accepted optional analytics, that usage data is retained for up to 2 years to help improve our service. Your consent choice is stored on your device.

Saved designs - Any designs you save through our bathroom designer are stored locally on your device only and never transmitted to our servers.

Under GDPR and the Isle of Man Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

Access - Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

Rectification - Ask us to correct any inaccurate information

Erasure - Request deletion of your personal data

Portability - Receive your data in a machine-readable format

Withdraw consent - Stop us processing your data at any time

Object - Object to processing based on legitimate interest

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our website contact form. We'll respond within one month.

If you're not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Isle of Man Information Commissioner.

We use only essential browser storage needed to make the site work — for example, remembering your cookie choice and any bathroom designs you save (which stay on your device).

We do not set non-essential or marketing cookies. If we introduce optional analytics, it will only run after you accept optional cookies in our consent banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will bring the banner back.

Essential storage does not require consent under PECR because it is strictly necessary to provide the service you have requested.

We use a small number of trusted service providers (sub-processors) to run this website and respond to your enquiry. We only share the minimum data needed, and only for these purposes:

Vercel - Website hosting and content delivery. Processes basic technical request data (such as IP address) needed to serve the site securely, and holds any photos you upload in private storage that is not readable by anyone on the public internet.

Neon - Database hosting. Stores your enquiry details so we can respond to it and keep a record of the work.

Resend - Email delivery. When you submit an enquiry, your details are sent by email so we can contact you about your project.

Google - AI visualisation. If you use the bathroom designer, your photo and your chosen finish are sent to Google's Gemini service to generate the image of your room.

OpenAI - AI visualisation and photo understanding. Used for the same purposes as Google, when that service is unavailable.

Anthropic - Photo understanding. If you upload a photo, it may be read by Anthropic's Claude service to suggest your room's details so you do not have to enter them by hand.

Stripe - Payments. If you choose to pay the refundable survey deposit, Stripe processes the payment and receives the booking details needed to take it.

Google, OpenAI, Anthropic and Stripe are based in the United States, so using the designer or paying a deposit involves a transfer of your data outside the Isle of Man and the UK. These transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses.

The AI features are optional. If you would rather not have a photo processed by an AI provider, you can enter your room details by hand and request a quote without uploading anything.

These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We will never sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
