If a survey is agreed, the visit can confirm measurements and assess project requirements.

Assessment of plumbing, electrical, and structural requirements.
Discussion of your brief, preferences, and any specific needs.
Identification of access routes and any logistical considerations.

Design development

After a survey, any agreed design service should be documented for review and approval.

Confirm whether measured floor plans and fixture positions are included.
Confirm whether any post-survey visualisations form part of the agreed design service.
Record the specified products, finishes, availability and approval process.
Review the written quote, inclusions, exclusions, price and proposed programme.

Project delivery

If work proceeds, rely on the written quote or contract for responsibilities and delivery arrangements.

Identify who coordinates plumbing, electrical, tiling and any other trades.
Confirm who orders materials and how delivery delays will be handled.
Agree the programme, access arrangements and progress-update method.
