If an enquiry progresses, the written quote or contract should identify the scope, responsible trades, delivery stages and communication arrangements.
How an enquiry can progress
Initial consultation
Start with the online designer to create an initial brief, then send a survey request through the contact form. A visit is arranged only after availability is confirmed.
Design development
If a survey and design service are agreed, the resulting written scope should state which plans, specifications, samples or visualisations will be provided before work proceeds.
Project management
The written scope should confirm which trades, deliveries and installation stages are included, who coordinates them, and how progress updates will be provided.
Completion & written terms
Completion checks, any installation warranty and applicable manufacturer warranties should be set out in the written quote or contract.
